Strength Academy

Welcome to our Strength Training Academy - the ultimate program for anyone looking to build muscle, gain strength, and perfect their form. Our small group setting ensures that you receive personalized attention and guidance from our experienced strength coaches, who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

With our program, you'll receive personal training level attention and form evaluation to ensure you feel confident with your main power movements. You'll learn the proper use of barbells, gaining the knowledge and confidence needed to excel in your lifts and progress in your strength.

Our small group classes are limited to 18 athletes per session, ensuring that you receive the attention you need to maximize your results. With a 1:6 Coach/Athlete ratio, you'll receive personalized coaching and feedback on your form and technique, making adjustments as needed to help you achieve optimal results.

Our experienced strength coaches will guide you through each session, offering modifications and progressions to ensure that the program is tailored to your specific needs and goals. With our program, you'll build strength, increase muscle mass, and improve your overall fitness level in a supportive and encouraging environment.
