Welcome to our Large Group Strength & Conditioning class! Get ready for a heart-pumping, energy-boosting workout experience like no other. Our classes are designed in a Circuit Training format, which means you'll be moving from one exercise to the next with a brief rest in between.

The great thing about our class is that each day is a new workout, so you'll never get bored with the same old routine. Plus, our workouts are packed with dynamic exercises that are both challenging and fun. You'll spend 30 - 45 seconds on each exercise, pushing your limits to the max, before moving on to the next.

Our metabolic-style training is the perfect way to build strength and improve your cardio endurance. Not only will you feel the burn during the class, but you'll also continue to burn calories long after it's over. And with classes running approximately 45-50 minutes long, you'll be amazed at how much you can achieve in such a short amount of time.

Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, our class is perfect for you. Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize your results.
