Small Group Private Sessions:

  • 45 minutes.

  • 6 people per session.

  • Available 2 days/week.

  • 1:6 Coach/Athlete ratio.

  • Personalized Strength Training and Body Sculpting.

  • Exclusive to Gold Members only. 

 

OCR Training:

  • 90 minutes.

  • 20 people per session.

  • Available 1x/month.

  • 2:20 Coach/Athlete ratio.

  • Training designed to prepare you for an obstacle course race.

  • Includes obstacle course. 

1:1 Coaching:

Personal coaching calls (1 session per quarter) to help set goals, answer questions, give advice, provide guidance and recommendations.

 

Will include nutrition and fitness progression follow-up.

 

Nutrition:

Consultation and follow up to keep nutrition in-line with health and fitness goals, including calorie intake and macronutrient targets.

 

Nutrition guide and meal plan, cooking tips, recipes, meal prep and eating out hacks.

 

Accountability:

Check-in and follow up tracking system to stay accountable and create healthy habits for life.
