What to Bring
Please bring a towel and water. We have filter water available to refill your bottle. Bottled water and healthy snacks are also available for purchase from our vending machine.

Create an ObstaCourse account online so that you can reserve your classes in advance from your mobile device or computer.
First Time at ObstaCourse
Please be sure to show up 15 minutes before class begins so that we can check you in. We will have you fill out a quick orientation form and then a team member will give you a quick orientation so you know exactly what to expect from class.
We recommend that all members pre-register for classes. We have a 36 person cap on most classes and many do fill up, especially on the weekend. If you are registered for a class and are no longer able to attend, we ask that you kindly cancel to make room for others. Spots will only be held for 5 minutes after class begins to make room for those on the waitlist.
Parking is available on the surrounding streets and in the public parking lot behind the gym. Street and lot are pay parking Monday through Saturday from 10am-6pm. Parking is free on Sundays in the CalTrain parking lot directly behind the gym (off Perry St.).
What to expect
Circuit Training Classes at ObstaCourse are approximately 50 minutes long. A typical class consists of a 10 minute warm up on your own, short demonstration of the exercises, 35 minute circuit and a 5 minute cool down at the end.
Feel free to ask the trainer any questions you may have. They will be more than happy to suggest modifications for exercises, if necessary. ObstaCourse workouts are for all fitness levels.
