Youth Fit is a fitness program that incorporates our indoor obstacle course for ages 7-12, on Saturday’s from 5-7pm. Youth Fit involves running, jumping, climbing, and swinging in a way that makes fitness fun. New theme each week.
Saturdays 5pm-7pm. Check Calendar for any changes. Once per month we do Nerf Wars during the Youth Fit time. Check the Nerf Wars link for more details.
