Instructions after you purchase the OC VIRTUAL WORKOUTS Pack:

  • Go to Facebook

  • Search for the group “OC VIRTUAL WORKOUTS”

  • Request to join. After purchase verification you will gain access

  • Search for past workouts and get started.

  • Get social in the group

  • Post pics, ask questions, participate in daily challenges and/or join a weekly team challenge. Have fun!

What you’ll need to workout with:

  • Internet access (we recommend connecting you computer to your TV for big screen experience.)

  • Facebook account (if this is a problem you can join through Zoom. Zoom only allows you to participate in LIVE workouts. You will not get access to past workouts without Facebook) our workouts are normally LIVE everyday at 9am.

  • Water, towel and mat for the workouts

  • Carpet works too. We also recommend a 20-30lb backpack. A backpack is incorporated in many of our workouts. Just add some books and a jacket into a backpack and you’re all set. Backpack is Not required, but recommended to increase intensity and add some variety.

What happens during these workouts?

Plan on 1 hour from start to finish.
Each workout includes a short announcement, 10 minute dynamic warmup, demonstration of exercises in the workout, 35 minutes of exercise, and a 5 minute cool down.
