Obstacle course training mixed with circuit training to build a community of Teens that have a fun place to get fit. Build strength, cardio endurance, balance, coordination, and speed. Field trips will be coordinated throughout the year for Teens interested in participating in an obstacle course race. 

*It is recommended that Teens arrive by 3:30pm to start the warm up. However, drop in time can be flexible based on the Teens school schedule.

A fun night for teens to have a safe place to hang out with their friends. Admission includes open gym time on the indoor obstacle course, games, and pizza. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase in our vending machines.

 

*Drop in anytime between 8pm-10pm

Exercise prescription and instruction to help clients improve physical fitness and meet their personal goals.

45 minute dance cardio class.
