SGX CLASS

Held every Tuesday, from 6-7:30pm. This is an obstacle course training program that utilizes the Spartan Race philosophies, led by a certified SGX Coach. This high intensity class involves multiple circuits of running, calisthenics, plyometrics, strength training and obstacle training.

OCR TRAINING

Held once a month, on a Sunday, from 8-11am. This 3 hour training involves running and cardio games at the Sequoia track & field, followed by an indoor circuit of calisthenics, plyometrics, strength training and obstacle training.

Held once a month, on a Saturday, from 10-11am. This 1 hour training goes over the main obstacles people struggle with in an obstacle course race. Learn the technique and practice, in a supportive setting.
